They worked very efficiently and made sure everything was loaded carefully and placed in the new home where we wanted it. The team moved very heavy items without complaint. They were not able to complete it in 1 day, but made sure to get our beds set up so we had a comfortable place to sleep before they left for the day. Naturally, Horizon was my first call when I needed to move. I was able to schedule an appointment to meeting with them quickly and learned about their deal to reimburse $2500 of the cost of your move if you have their Realtor Chris Westpfahl sell your house. That was perfect for me. They got me in the schedule between their other clients quickly since I was a single day to finish packing, and a single day to load and unload all my stuff into the house I purchased. They carefully packaged my breakable items, wrapped furniture, even my flat screen TV. Everything moved without an issue. I felt bad for the guys having to get my washer, dryer, and elliptical out of my basement and up a flight of stairs since I did not have a walk-out, but they got them out and were incredibly careful to make sure they did not damage any walls or railings. They clearly labeled boxed they packed, so I knew where to direct them to take the box when they were unloading. To get the bulky items into my new house they had to take off two doors and they put those back on before leaving.
